Qualification :
1. Compliance & Reporting Analyst
Key Responsibility :
Prepare weekly reports related to financial leverage and tenancy reports.
Analyze financial & operational report data, and coordinate with related parties.
Bachelor Degree in Finance Accounting or Financial Management
Having min. 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, specifically in a Tower Provider Company
Having knowledge about fiber optic
Target-oriented, have high initiative, and able to work together with cross-functionals
Strong data analysis (Excel) and critical thinking skills
2. Strategic Management Analyst
Key Responsibility :
Monitoring achievement of company performance
Ensuring percentage of punctuality in signing off planning cycle corporate documents
Ensuring the directorate’s strategic initiatives are implemented in the current year
Preparing PDCA document and management system performance reports
Monitoring and analyzing target company strategy, division, and department along with Board of Director
Minimum bachelor degree in management / economy / industrial engineering
Having minimum 4 year experiences in the same field
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analysis skills;
Technical skills required: strategic management, balanced scorecard, business performance management, business process management, data analysis
Familiar with data analyzing tools (Microsoft excel, Power BI and SPSS)
3. Asset Renewal & Community Staff
Key Responsibility :
Ensuring community cases (Comcase) are handled according to procedures
Ensure the total potential penalty due to comcase for all Operators in a year.
Ensure completion of Comcase Colo
Ensure the average land rent for all types of land.
Ensuring the fulfillment of site payments that have BAK according to the scope of each area.
Reporting and coordinating with the Area community team at Head Office
Minimum S1 Any Major
Minimum 2 years experience in the telecommunications industry, especially handling comcase
Having good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
Having knowledge of local culture is preferred
