Qualification :
Fresh graduate or maximum two (2) years experience in Recruitment and Assessment field
Minimum Bachelor Degree of Psychology
Understand end to end recruitment and assessment cycle
Strong communication and analytical skill
Job Descriptions :
Responsible for supporting the assessment and recruitment team by providing administrative support through the full recruitment and assessment lifecycle including scheduling, intake data, interview coordination, candidate management, job posting, employer branding, recruitment reporting and analysis.
