Qualification :1. Broadcast Technical Operator
Experienced Technical Operator: 1-2 years broadcasting experience in operating the technical technology and equipment, multi-camera studio production preferred
Expertise in the configuration of system settings to match specific project need, including but not limited to the creation of signal flow for integration of broadcast machines
Proficiency in the use of broadcast studio technology, equipment, and procedures required for live broadcasting operations, including but not limited to stream management and encoding to multiple destinations. Having extensive knowledge in vMix and Tricaster is a must.
Solution-oriented collaborator within a fast-paced environment: able to collaborate with both production and project teams in understanding the direction from the program directors, troubleshooting technical problems, and evaluating necessary actions for improvement
Passion in esports preferred: able to efficiently comprehend and contribute to the program flows with the experience and knowledge in esports or gaming tournaments
2. Business Development - Global Payment
Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with strong academic results
3 - 5 years of experience at the multinational bank and financial technology companies with previous experiences in business development and client relationship management. Have an understanding of local and overseas payment products would be a plus
Experience with building strategic relationship and negotiation with both local and overseas partners
Strong interpersonal skills: Able to build good relationships across with internal/external parties across all levels
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Highly curious about the gaming industry
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa and English
3. Community Associate
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
At least 1-2 years of working experience in community management or social media
Superb communicator: passionate in people-to-people interaction and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Methodical: detailed and timely with project management
Passion for games
4. Content Producer
At least 3 years of video and content production experience
Familiar with all kinds of gaming content, especially Garena’s games
Familiar with writing scripts for gaming videos
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Experience in managing projects from start to finish
Organized and result-driven
With a portfolio to present
Passion towards Garena’s Esports is a plus
Working proficiency in English is a plus
5. Comunity Manager
At least two years’ experienced in building community and managing campaigns
Deep knowledge and understanding of the local culture

6. Helper Engineer, Corporate IT
Diploma or degree in computer sciences, information technology or related discipline
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS)
Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration
Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing fundamentals
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures

Familiar with one of the programming languages including Go, Python, C++, and Java; hands-on experience is preferred
