Nama Industri setelah itu diganti jadi PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk pada tahun 2007. PT Sampoerna Agro serta anak perusahaannya( secara bersama- sama diucap selaku Sampoerna Agro ataupun Perseroan) merupakan industri perkebunan yang berupaya jadi perkebunan yang terintegrasi serta terdiversifikasi dengan kepentingan jangka panjang yang berkepanjangan. Industri dikala ini bergerak dalam penciptaan produk minyak sawit, benih kelapa sawit unggul, karet, serta sagu. Minyak sawit serta inti sawit ialah 96% dari total pemasukan Perseroan pada tahun 2019.

Untuk Sampoerna Agro, keberlanjutan diartikulasikan lewat inisiatif hijau, tercantum mematuhi kriteria paling tinggi buat pengembangan minyak sawit berkepanjangan serta tolok ukur ramah area yang lain.     Qualification :

1. HR PAYROLL SUPERVISOR

Job Descriptions :

Processes the company’s payroll, tax (PPH-21), and BPJS deductionsevery pay period.

Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.

Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles.

Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.

Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.

S1 in Human Resources Management, Finance & Accounting Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least three years of experience as a Payroll Specialist, Supervisor or in related roles.

Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.

Experience managing benefits and compensation in a System (SAP).

Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, tax (PPH-21), BPJS deductions and payroll best practices.

Willing to be placed at Pontianak, West Kalimantan.

2. BUDGET & COST CONTROL STAFF

Job Descriptions :

Assist in the budgeting process, starting from collecting data from each department, reviewing the reasonableness of the budget, and consolidating the budget into a corporate budget.

Control and analyze actual vs budget.

Coordinate and confirm overbudget costs with relevant departments.

Prepare budget analysis report.

Ensure costing is in accordance with the cost post and in accordance with the budget allocation.

S1 in Accounting.

Have at least 3 years of work experience in the same field and come

From the oil palm plantation industry.

Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Able to process data properly.

Willing to join immediately.

Willing to be placed at South Jakarta.

3. APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Job Descriptions :

Analyzing existing programs for modification purposes.

Researching and designing new software systems, websites, programs, and applications.

Writing and implementing, clean, scalable code.

Troubleshooting and debugging code.

Verifying and deploying software systems.

Evaluating user feedback and ecommending and executing program improvements.

Maintaining software code and security systems.

Managing project development and implementation.

S1 in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

Minimum GPA 3.00.

Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field.

Advanced knowledge of programming languages.

Knowledge of software systems and frameworks.

Ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly.

Able to work in a team and independently.

Work placement in Head Office Jakarta – Sampoerna Strategic Square

4. ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Descriptions :

Verification document

Monthly closing financial statement

Filling document

Preparing payment document

Do tax documentation

Minimum S1 in Accounting.

Minimum3 years experience as Accounting Officer, especially in Oil Palm Industry.

Proficient in accounting software (SAP) will be an added advantage.

Have a good knowledge in Finance & Accounting.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork and learning capability

Willing to be placed at Jakarta Office

5. IT SECURITY ENGINEER

Job Descriptions :

Support in security assessment and risk management, especially those related to ICT.

Develop and implement information security plans and device and software policies (DLP/ IDS/ IPS/ EDR/ Threat Hunting).

Accomplish investigations in terms of data, computer and server security.

Planning and implementing data, voice and image security systems.

Establishing internal and external relationships, along with implementing new security technology that is right on target.

Minimum S1 in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent. Min GPA 3.00.

At least 3 years experience in related field is required for this position.

Preferably have skills as an IT Security Specialist.

Responsible, creative, and multitasking.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork and learning capability.

Work placement in Head Office Jakarta – Sampoerna Strategic Square
