Lowongan Kerja : gotokerja.com, PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia (MMKI) merupakan salah satu perusahaan Joint Venture antara Mitsubishi Motor Corporation (MMC) dari Jepang dengan PT Krama Yudha (KY) di Indonesia.

Perusahaan patungan ini awaln mendirikan pabrik untuk perakitan di daerah Kawasan Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) yang ada di Cikarang Bekasi pada tahun 2015 dengan nama perseroannya yaitu PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia (MMKI).

Perusahaan ini sendiri mulai untuk beroprasi pada tahun 2017 dan juga akan merakit beberapa produjk mobil andalan dari Mitsubishi diantaranya seperti Pajero Sport, selain itu perusahaan ini juga merakit mobil MVP (Multi Purpose Vehicle). Pabrik yang ada tersebut mampu untuk memproduksi sebanyak 160.000 unit/tahun untuk pangsa pasar domestik dan juga beberapa unit di ekspor ke negara-negara ASEAN.

    Qualification :


1. Human Resources Development (Staff)
Sex:Male/ Female
Age:21-25
Marital Status:Single / Married
Last Education:Strata 1
Major:Psikologi
Experience:At Least 1 Years
Good command in English (verbal & written).
General knowledge of HR system and procedures (especially recruitment and training & development).
Good analytical & logical thinking.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Adaptable, open-minded, fast learner and proactive.
Computer literate and familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc).
Able to driving a car will be a plus.
Responsibilities : 
Perform whole process of recruitment (requirement gathering, vacancy posting, candidate sorting & review, interviewing).
Maintain candidate database.
Perform the whole process of training activity (TNA, scheduling & implementation plan, registration, training execution, review & monitoring).
Maintain employees’ training database.
Generate activity reports and perform all administrative tasks needed.
Manage internship program.
Build good communication and coordination with internal and external parties.
Perform any other adhoc activities as required.


2. Brand Communication (Staff)

Marital Status:Single / Married
Last Education:Strata 1
Major:Ilmu Komunikasi
Experience:At Least 1 Years
Good command of English (verbal & written)
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Creative and strategic thinking skill
Proven experience in project management will be beneficial
Computer literate and familiar in using Ms. Office 365
Willing to travel frequently for business trip
Responsibilities
Create, develop, and evaluate the brand communication strategy
Develop brand activation activity and responsible for its end-to-end process
Maintain and evaluate brand communication and activation concept implementation, both in MMKSI and dealers
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare, maintain, and control budget and all administration process related with Department activities
Support on creating communication strategy and creative production for new product


3. IT (Staff)
Sex:Male/ Female
Age:22-26
Marital Status:Single / Married
Last Education:Strata 1
Major:Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi
Experience:Fresh Graduate
Familiar in using Microsoft 365 and its set up or functionality
Familiar in processing or analyzing data query using Ms. Excel (pivot & macro), Ms. Access (macro)
Familiar in processing or analyzing data query using dashboard software (such as Power BI)
Had a general knowledge of IT security (theory, implementation, device) will be beneficial
Familiar with mobile device set up & troubleshooting will be beneficial
Responsibilities
Monitor and review IT activity request
Coordinate with related parties for IT activity procurement
Prepare, maintain, and monitor departmental budget & payment process to vendor
Review access right for users
Set up user’s device security (iOS/Android)
Maintain IT database
Generate scheduled and or ad hoc reports


4. Junior Trainer (Staff)
Sex:Male/ Female
Age:21-27
Marital Status:Single / Married
Last Education:Strata 1
Major:Manajemen, Ilmu Komunikasi, Others
Experience:At Least 1 Years
Good command of English (verbal and written).
Proven experience as a trainer will be a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Proven experience on public speaking and presentation skill.
Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc) and Ms. PowerPoint.
Familiar in using Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effect will be beneficial.
Had a general knowledge of Mitsubishi products will be a plus.
Responsibilities
Manage preparation, implementation, & post-training activities and administrative task needed.
Deliver salesmanship and product knowledge training.
Supervise and work closely with Mitsubishi Dealer Trainer.
Monitor in-house training at Mitsubishi dealer.
Develop training materials.
Prepare e-learning modules.


5. Area Coordinator After Sales (Staff)
Sex:Male/ Female
Age:25-30
Marital Status:Single / Married
Last Education:Strata 1
Major:Teknik Industri, Finance, Economics, Manajemen, Marketing
Experience:At Least 3 Years
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to drive car (both manual & automatic transmission) and have a driving license.
Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc).
Proven experience on implementing PDCA.
Had a general knowledge of after-sales business will be a plus.
Willing to travel frequently for business trips (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Eastern Indonesia area).
Responsibilities
Maintain good relationships with dealers’ management and team members.
Control & set up dealers’ targets and maintain the achievement.
Set up activity to achieve targeted service incoming unit, spare parts sales, and customer satisfaction index.
Conduct study and analyze service incoming unit and spare parts consumption.
Monitor dealers’ spare parts payment and delivery.
Support after-sales marketing program and ensure its implementation on dealers.
