Pasar modal ataupun bursa dampak sudah muncul semenjak jaman kolonial Belanda serta tepatnya pada tahun 1912 di Batavia. Pasar modal kala itu didirikan oleh pemerintah Hindia Belanda buat kepentingan pemerintah kolonial ataupun VOC. Walaupun pasar modal sudah terdapat semenjak tahun 1912, pertumbuhan serta perkembangan pasar modal tidak berjalan semacam yang diharapkan, apalagi pada sebagian periode aktivitas pasar modal hadapi kevakuman. Perihal tersebut diakibatkan oleh sebagian aspek semacam perang dunia ke I serta II, perpindahan kekuasaan dari pemerintah kolonial kepada pemerintah Republik Indonesia, serta bermacam keadaan yang menimbulkan pembedahan bursa dampak tidak bisa berjalan sebagimana mestinya. 

PT BURSA EFEK INDONESIA( BEI) merupakan Self Regulatory Organization( SRO) yang sediakan infrastruktur buat menunjang terselenggaranya perdagangan dampak yang tertib, normal, serta efektif dan gampang diakses oleh segala pemangku kepentingan. Visi kami merupakan jadi Bursa Dampak yang kompetitif dengan kredibilitas kelas dunia. Buat jadi Bursa yang kredibel serta menunjang inklusi Pasar Modal Indonesia, kami menyadari kalau sumber energi manusia memainkan kedudukan berarti dalam keberhasilan pencapaian visi kami.

    Qualification :


General Requirements:
Graduate from reputable university/ college with GPA min. 3.00
Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Having knowledge about Capital Market will be an advantage

Specific Requirements:

1. Accounting Officer
Min Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Minimum 1-year experience in related fields, experience in Public Accountant Firm will be preferable.
Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, PSAK, Financial Analysis, Consolidated Financial, Accounting systems (ERP), and Audit of financial statements.
Knowing Fixed asset management and tax.
High analytical thinking and information monitoring.


2. Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out the internal administration of the division, including but not limited to filing and duplicating documents, distribute documents, review and editing outgoing letters, and room bookings to support the activities of the division.
Min. Diploma degree in Secretary/ Office Administration/ Library Science
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Have knowledge of Filling System and Administration
Have Writing and Reporting Skills
Have knowledge of Business Application System and Corporate Communications and Public Relations is preferred


3. Recruiter
You will be responsible for carrying out recruitment and selection process in accordance with organizational needs and established procedures, carry out recruitment and selection administration (database, candidate data, selection results, employee contract, and work manuals), manage e-recruitment system, establish good relation with external parties (eg. Universities, mass media) to increase source of candidate.
Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management
Min. 1 year experience in related fields
Experienced in making recruitment progress report is preferrable
Have patience and good analytical skills
Have good communication skills, relationship building, and negotiation skills
Have knowledge of HR tools such as ATS or third-party recruitment services is preferrable


4. Secretary
Reporting to Division Head, you will provide secretarial, administrative, and office management support to the members of division including document filing and administration, arrange meetings, room bookings, and catering as required, organizing hotels and travel bookings, managing petty cash, and operating office equipment.
Min. Diploma degree in Secretary
Min. 1 year experiences as Secretary
Computer literate
Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing
Having basic skills in Accounting
Service excellence, high integrity, multitasking
