Qualification :
1. Admin
Job Qualifications :
Diploma on nursing or Nursing Academy
At least 1 years experience on clinic administration or hospital
Capable to communicate in English for both written and oral
Willing to multitask, a good team player and independent
Good administration skill & detail oriented
Placement in Siloam Hospitals Group Sumbawa Area
2. Senior General & Emergency Physician
Physician with at least 5 years post-graduation experience (not include internship) in general and emergency medicine in a clinical or occupational setting with at least 2 years in mining or oil & gases
Holds current registration or license qualification in home country. Possess the internship program which managed by Indonesian Medical Council
Had another competency valid certificated e.g., ECG, Chemical accident response or similar, Leadership & management, etc.
ACLS/ATLS/PHTLS or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
Major Incident Medical Management and Support (MIMMS) or equivalent
Excellent English written & verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
Placement in Siloam Hospitals Group Sumbawa Area
3. General & Emergency Physician
Physician with at least 5 years post-graduation experience in general and emergency medicine in a clinical or occupational setting (not include internship) with at least 3 years experience in mining and or oil and gas industries
Holds current registration or license qualification in home country. Possess the internship program which managed by Indonesian Medical Council
Has knowledge of how and where to seek advice and assistance in relation to specialized areas of practice such as occupational and travel medicine
ACLS/ATLS/PHTLS or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
Major Incident Medical Management and Support (MIMMS) or equivalent
Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization and remain calm in emergency situations

4. Laboratory Technician
Diploma degree as Laboratory analysis or Nursing Academy with laboratory experience and trained
At least 3 years experience in Laboratory
Experience in DNA/RNA extortion, real time PCR, and working biosafety level – 2 laboratory are preferred
Placement in Siloam Hospitals Group Sumbawa Area
5. Nurse
Minimum Diploma degree from Nursing Academy
Registered Nurse with at least 3 years post basic training experience in emergency medicine (Not include internship)
Holds current registration or license qualification
BTLS, BCLS certificate or equivalent training and certification within the last year
Administration experience, familiar with MS. Office
Capable to communicate in English for both written and oral
Placement in Siloam Hospitals Group Sumbawa Area
6. Radiographer
Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Radiographer
Certified Radiographer and have valid permit applicable from Bapete

7. Physiotherapist
Graduated from accredited Physiotherapy Academy (D3)
Minimum 2 years experience working at physiotherapy department at hospital setting
Familiar and knowledge on the operation of physiotherapy equipment
Good working knowledge of the English language

8. Human Capital Staff
Job Descriptions :
The Human Capital (HC) is primarily responsible for the operational aspect of the Hospital human resources department in accordance with the established Group HC standard, policies, procedures as well as applicable regulation and accreditation requirements. HC Staff will manage a range of HC services, including recruitment process, staff contracting & on-boarding services, employee relations, payroll, HRIS, and other administrative duties to creat an all-rounded employee experience.
Job Qualifications :
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (preferably)/Human Resources Management or other related degree with HR experiences
Has minimum 2 years experience in administrative, recruitment and training
An ideal candidate is resilient, resourceful, and initiative
Must be willing to be placed in Lubuk Linggau
