Preferably have experience working at a Manufacturing Company such as Admin GA or General Affairs Staff for more than 1 year.
Have a Driving License would be advantages (SIM A / SIM C)
Job Description ;
Manage, Record/keeping office assets, Payment and Reimbursement control, stationery, and pantry supplies.
Help to maintenance Company Facilities such as AC, Room Facilities, Security & Cleaning Facilities, Transportation Facilities, Production Support Equipment (Uniforms, APD and Cleaning Equipment), etc.
Willing to work in Karawang.

Job Description:
Supervise Civil works contractors at the site.
Make sure all drawings and technical documents are issued to contractors on time and the latest revision.
Ensure all the work sequence of civil work is in the correct procedure to prevent unnecessary problems and maintain quality.
Understand all requirements provided and communicate promptly to the contractor, vendor, supplier, etc.
Manage project resource planning needed for maintaining ongoing projects.
Coordinate with procurement to acquire necessary equipment and material and monitor stock level to ensure smooth construction progress, if necessary.
Monitor work of contractors on a day-to-day basis and conduct regular meetings (enforce quality and timeline of service delivered).
Provide project administration support to the team for co-ordinations with external vendors/ partners.
Requirements:
S1 Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Factory/Manufacturer Civil Construction Projects.
Good knowledge of Civil specifications and Indonesian codes.
Capable of managing various Civil works contractors at the site.
Familiar with Autocad
The candidate must be willing to be placed in Cikarang

Understanding of mathematics and financial process
Understanding of Account Payable processes
Good in Ms. Excel.
Job Descriptions:
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
Monitoring incoming bills and submit to finance
