Pada awalnya, Sephas tenggelam ke pasar pelumas melalui afiliasi dan jaringan PT Intraco Penta Tbk. Hanya dalam waktu singkat, sephas menjadi pemasok pelumas shell yang andal dan dapat diandalkan untuk industri pertambangan dan industri terkait lainnya. Pada saat yang sama, PT Sepas Pelinindotama juga tumbuh menjadi pemasok produk terintegrasi dan layanan manajemen hidrokarbon. Sejak didirikan pada tahun 1997 di Jakarta, Sephas mengalami pertumbuhan yang cepat dan telah berkembang ke kawasan strategis di Kalimantan. Temas memiliki kantor dan gudang di Balikpapan, Samarinda, Banjarmasin dan Sangatta dan toko dukungan di Surabaya.

    Qualification :

1. FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Accurately recording financial transactions into the accounting system, including invoices, payments, expenses, and receipts

Bachelor’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field

Proven experience in finance administration or a similar role is a plus

Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Work location in Cikarang

2. ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE STAFF

Managing the financial transactions related to sales and ensuring timely collection of payments from customers

Bachelor’ degree in accounting, finance, or related field 

Minimal a year experience in same field 

Strong analytical skills

Familiarity with accounts receivable processes

Attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Placement Cideng, Jakarta Pusat

3. SALES ENGINEER

Using Technical Skills for selling, consulting and also demonstrating

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering

Minimum 2 year of experience in technical sales or industrial sales

Strong written and communication skills with experience in customer presentation

Able to communicate with all functions and levels within customer

Have driving license/SIM C & SIM A

Work location in Jakarta, Tangerang, Balikpapan

4. TELEMARKETING

Make outgoing calls to potential customer of existing clients, Explaining and promoting products, Establishing a positive and professional relationship to customer & Achieving target

Diploma/Bachelor degree all major

Minimum a year experience in telemarketing

Goal-oriented, motivated and able to work under pressure to achieve or exceed the target

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Work location in Jakarta

5. SALES EXECUTIVE

Selling and achieving sales targets, Updating pipeline & Negotiation sales to customers 

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in all majors

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales

Strong written and communication skills with experience in customer presentation

Able to communicate with all suctions and levels within customer

Have driving license/SIM C & SIM A

Work location in Tangerang, Jakarta
