Produk yang dihasilkan dari PT Lion Wings sangat dikenal luas oleh masyarakat antara lain seperti pasta gigi, sikat gigi, kosmetik, sabun, serta shampoo, detergent, detergent pencuci piring, pembersih alat-alat kebutuhan rumah tangga, hingga makanan dan juga obat-obatan. Semua produk-produk dari perusahaan ini ditunjang dengan brand atau merek yang sangat kuat serta market share yang sangat tinggi yang ada di tiap-tiap market yang dimasukinya dan juga telah sukses menembus pasar eksport/ luar negeri hingga ke lebih dari 55 negara di seluruh dunia.

    Qualification :

1. Staff Research and Development

Pharmacist Professional Formal Education or Bachelor Degree (S1) – Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 from University with Accreditation A (Excellent)

Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 year Work Experience in Research & Development Division of a Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) or Cosmetics or Toiletries (Goods used for washing and for face care, body care, and hair care) or dishes, kitchen utensils, and cooking equipment

Have knowledge about Cosmetics Regulation, CPKB, and Halal

Have an active STRA and have not been in charge anywhere

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Likes work in the Laboratory and in the field and knows several Laboratory Instruments, can work with teams and individuals

Willing to take part in the Recruitment in Cakung, East Jakarta, and Work Placement Process in Gresik, East Java

2. Staff Production Filling (Liquid)

Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor (S1) – Mechanical or Electrical or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00

Fresh Graduate or 2 years work experience in FMCG production

Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday

Monday to Friday: Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm, Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm, Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am

Saturday: Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am, Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm, Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm

Likes work in the field and is willing to work in the field, can work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally

3. Staff Production Mixing (Liquid)

Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) –  Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00

Fresh Graduate or 2 years work experience in FMCG production

Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday

Monday to Friday: Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm, Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm, Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am

Saturday: Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am, Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm, Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm

4. Staff Mould Maker

Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) –  Mechanical Engineering (Moulding) with a minimum GPA 3.00.

Fresh Graduate or 1 Year Work Experience in the Mold Field.

Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday

Monday to Friday: Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm, Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm, Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am

Saturday: Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am, Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm, Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm

Likes work in the field and is willing to work in the field, can work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally

5. Staff Injection

Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) –  Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00

Fresh Graduate or 1 year work experience in Injection field

Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday

Monday to Friday: Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm, Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm, Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am

Saturday: Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am, Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm, Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm

6. Staff Maintenance (For Production Machines)

Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) – Mechanical Engineering (Industry or Manufacturing or Conversy Energy) or Electrical Engineering (Low Voltage or High Voltage), with minimum GPA 3.00

Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 year Work Experience in Maintenance Field (for Production Machines)

Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday

Monday to Friday: Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm, Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm, Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am

Saturday: Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am, Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm, Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm

Likes work in the Field (Production Factory) and is willing to work in the Field, able to work with teams and individuals, Healthy Physically and Spiritually

Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Cakung, East Jakarta

7. Learning & Development Specialist (L&D)

Bachelor degree (S1)  from Psychology or Education or Human Resource Management, with GPA min 3.00, from Reputable University

Have minimum 10 years experiences on Learning & Development from Manufacturing industry or FMCG

Have a certification and experience as a trainer will be a plus point

Have a positive, proactive growth mindset. Confident with articulate communications skills, able to interact effectively with people at all levels in the organization

Willing to travel outside Jakarta (if needed)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Willing to take part in the Recruitment process and Work Placement in Cakung, East Jakarta

8. Recruitment Staff

Bachelor Degree (S1) – Psychology from a Reputable University with a minimum GPA of 3.00

Minimum 3 years experience as Recruiter (from FMCG industry or Head Hunter company is a plus)

Familiar with test recruitment tools

Have ability in Ms Office (Ms Word, Excel, Power point)

Have good personality and work attitude, able to communicate well, and have integrity

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Cakung, East Jakarta
