Job Description:
Administer hard and soft copy documentation and records; maintain records and data correctly, effectively and accurately aligned with company policies and procedures.
Create reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or as required) to the customers.
Coordinate of office supplies requisition, office equipment, PPE, and other required materials and consumables to support group program.
Make schedules, timetables, physical resources and facilities schedules to assist group supervision ensure effective use of resources.
Collate, input, and monitor employees' man-hours, employee change status, employee benefits, and medical check-up attendance data to support implementation of policy and procedures.
Administer purchase requisitions, employee recruitment, service requisitions, travel bookings, and voucher requests according to company policies and procedures.
Conduct receptionist duties and respond to customer enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

The key challenges in this position include:
Provide administrative support to the groups including tracking costs and expenditure and availability of supplies and materials.

Plan, carry out, and evaluate the assessment of candidates (Industrial Hygiene Technicians) against the OH&S Training and Development standards and procedures.

Job Responsibility:
1. Follow and apply ISO 9001 standard requirements, OH&S Training and Development policies and procedures.
2. Advise and induct candidates before assessment.
3. Plan candidates' assessments by identifying the work needed or competency gap and making assessment arrangements.
4. Communicate with employers and workplace supervisors to confirm assessment dates, times and activities.
5. Assess candidates work by:

Assignments and written evidence
Oral and written questioning.

Concentrating - Officer, Laboratory Information Management Systems
About the job Concentrating - Officer, Laboratory Information Management Systems
Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) administration officer Responsible for the Laboratory administration to support daily laboratory operations to include, systems analysis, process & procedure creation, customized reports, modifications, user account management, barcode/printer management, and upkeep of systems laboratory administration tasks. 

As Data Management also responsible as laboratory planner to support lab equipment/instrument maintenance schedules and generate MTC work orders, maintain parts and laboratory chemical / material consumable inventory.

Job Responsibility:
1. As staff Laboratory LIMS Admin & Data Management Officer responsible as Laboratory Planner, ISO 17025 Secretary and Laboratory Data Management.
2. Responsible for development and properly storing handling all Lab Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and PJO (Plan Job Observation)
3. Provide maintenance schedule for series laboratory equipment including All Crushers unit, XRD, AAS, ICP, XRF, LECO and other supporting lab equipment.
4. Has a capability as Staff XRD Analyst & Chemist to operate XRD, XRF, AAS dan ICP
5. Generating laboratory assay and analytical report to series of laboratorys stakeholders
6. Conduct routine inventory stock level for all chemical and material stock which use in 74 Assay Laboratory
7. Manage effective data exchange between LIMS and all lab instruments and other associated systems customizing code and parsing scripts code to accommodate data exchange.
8. Administer approved system changes to the LIMS system, Provide LIMS training to staffs, Ensuring a continuance of the LIMS application on all Laboratory Instruments.
9. Ensuring the LIMS application maintenance includes : installation, upgrades, version control, configuration of subroutines, user programs, user management, sample interfacing, etc.
10. Create SAP maintenance schedules and generate SAP MO work orders for all Lab equipment to Electrical/Instrument and Mill Maintenance Dept.
11. Maintain laboratory parts, chemical and material consumable inventory through SAP.
12. Submit PO, DCPR, Bidding Request to support daily laboratory operational
13. Communicate with SCM and Purchasing Department, for any critical PO material/chemical item
14. Adjust SAP schedules to account for unexpected emergency work

The key challenges in this position include:
Has a strong laboratory analysist chemist skill to support on both LIMS and Laboratory Admin
Support on assay & analytical turnaround deadlines, in order to meet Mine/Mill/Oil customer's needs for mine production planning, mill operation optimization and minimal maintenance downtime.
Employee's resistance to change of new or improved SOPs and work programs.
The incumbent needs to provide feedback on turnaround times and quality parameters associated with the position's responsibilities to all level of employees.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in chemistry (S1 Kimia) with at least 2 years of working experience with mining laboratory, or analytical chemistry specialist with at least 3 years working experience in a mining or commercial laboratory environment.

Understand and comply with series of competence certification as follows:
1. ISO:17025 certification
2. SAP Planner
3. Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) Lab works
4. Chemical Hazard Communication

Experience, has certified competency and understand to operating series of laboratory instrument below:
1. XRD Mineralogy
2. XRF
3. ICP
4. AAS
5. LECO
Fluently in English, since English will be used as daily lab conversation and routine communication with series of FCX stakeholders.

Central Services - Engineer Expansion Project
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
Perform one discipline for calculation and design of standard task to be processed by designer.
Prepare function, specification, calculation and material in one data sheet follow the International Standard.
Coordinate and cooperate with Lead designer for the drawing process to ensure the schedule and following to the specification as per request or revise.
Adopt and revise any input/suggestion from designer in drawing process that able to result in cost deduction and or other point of view.
Act as quality for material specifications and technical implementation in the field.
Communicate with client and other related party to avoid re-work and ensure the customer satisfaction.
Assist and infrequently prepare material specification and check the quantity to be used for further process of material take-off team.
Evaluate the current systems to identify and develop recommendation for preventive action and continuous improvement.

The key challenges in this position include:
To design and ensure the output is according with client request and on schedule.
To design a project using as much as possible surplus materials available in warehouse.
To ensure the drawing is according with the specification and following International Standard.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
Minimum Education and Experience 
S1 Degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering majoring in Control System & Instrumentation or Electrical Power with 3 years' experience in related field.

Job Description:
Providing excellent architectural engineering design services, including standard and operating procedures development, and operation improvement, to ensure the achievement of the customers' objectives and compliance to company's policies and procedures.
Develop and deliver engineering drawing, design schedule, quality, cost estimation, and technical aspects, to ensure all project objectives, meet the requirements, standards, schedule and allocated budget.
Prepare and manage concept development, design, sketch, ACAD drawing, 3D model development, detail design, material selection and calculation, including multidisciplinary drawing review
Prepare ballpark and coordinate project cost estimation.
Assure material take off/ material order that able to deliver the function, and also cost effective and meet construction schedule
Taking role as Project Engineer, that able to conduct project assessment and analyses to able giving the right solution for the investigated problems, including determine project requirement and deliverables and managing project flow and sequence, coordinate with multiple parties internally and externally.
Maintain costumer/ client satisfaction by managing project to be delivered on schedule, on budget and giving the best added value for client
Support schedule preparedness, progress monitoring and assuring that the overall process meets the targeted time. Including plan and control the jobs related to the service in order to respect the HSE policies, Code of Conduct and Standard operating Procedures (SOP)
Prepare and manage cost estimation, budgeting and project expenses to meet allocated budget
Involved in PTFI long term project and facility coordination.
To develop safe building standard throughout jobsite area that not only able to meet Indonesian Government regulation but also meet International Building Codes.

Minimum education and Experiences: 
S1 in Architectural Engineering with minimum 7 years in architecture field. 
S2 will be an advantage.
