1. HRD Manager
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Bachelor/Diploma any major from reputable university
Minimum 5 year work experience in SPV Human Resource
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees

2. Finance Chaser
Responsibilities :
Input data from document to company database.
Checking the completeness of document from the operational base and unit (Manifest, Stowing and Nota).
Reconciliation between document and company database.
Communicate and collaborating with base regarding document revisions and document uploads.
Checking the revenues.
Reconcile income with bank statements.
Checking, submitting and sending proof of PJP2U bill payment.
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting.
Experience or Fresh Graduate are welcome.
Able to compile financial reports.
Able to work individually or team work.
Worked well under preassure.
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
English is must.

3. Media Officer
Responsibilities :
Lead and manage media team
Making monthly plan and report of media team
Participate in creative ideation for content and etc
Work collaboratively with other teams to develop design outputs that align with our brand message and business objectives
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Minimum Bachelor/Diploma Degree
Minimum 3 years work experience in Media, digital agency, or other creative industries
Have creative mind with content planning skill and social media handling.
Experience in managing and leading creative team
Creative professional with the technical skill for Adobe Photoshop, Al, and Illustrator and willing to work with a wide range of media
Photography and Digital marketing skill will be a plus
Prior experience in branding and social media
Good in teamwork & managing workload
High attention to detail and design aesthetics

4. Management Trainee Legal
Responsibilities :
Working with the Legal Team on all issues related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders.
Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the Company.
Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
Any other assignment needed by the Company.
Diploma/BachelorIs degree of Law from Reputable University
Minimum 1-year work experience
Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
Able to handle company documents and permits
Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
Ability to communicate in written and spoken English

Intermediate in multitasking

Bachelor’s degree from reputable University

English is mandatory

6. Management Trainee Finance & Accounting
Responsibilities :
Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque administration.
Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation.
Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Major from reputable university
Maximum age 25 years old
Familiar with accounting software
Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
Able to work individually and within a team
Work well under pressure
