Qualification :
1. Domestic Purchasing & Logistics – Clerk, Customs Coordination Offsite
Coordinate, oversee, and perform customs clearance function to ensure that all necessary document and permits are in place in accordance with Indonesian Customs Regulation, also to work with various stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of export import goods to support the company operation.
Description :
- Review, analyze, and finalize shipping documents including manifest, PO item, invoices, packing list, weight, packages, HS codes, import permit, Repair and Return Clearance, Personal Effect Documents, BoL/AWB, COO. Submit Import Declaration /PIB in timely manner, ensure correctness, completeness and comply with Indonesian Customs Regulation and related GOI regulations. Identify any incompliance, provide analysis, and propose solution for further supervisor review and decision to avoid incompliance and clearance delay.
- Review, analyze, and finalize export document, including Repair and Return Clearance, Shipment Schedule, ROA, COA, Invoice, packing list, LC/AP confirmation, HS code, Royalty Payment Receipt, Surveyor Report, Export permit and quota, and COO. Submit Export Declaration /PEB in timely manner, ensure correctness, completeness and comply with Indonesian Customs Regulation and related GOI regulations. Identify any incompliance, provide analysis, and propose solution for further supervisor review and decision to avoid Shipment delay and or clearance delay.
- Analyze and provide confirmation of pre alert documents draft including manifest, HS code, packing list, bill of lading, invoices to Origin and customs agents in timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule Customs Inspection with Customs Office through customs agents for all import material including Repair and Return, Red Channel, Personal Effect and other necessary material that required customs inspection. This includes to prepare all documents needed for physical inspection to Customs in timely manner.
- Review, analyze and provide reports of export import realization, iron and steel permit realization, rock sample export permit quota realization or other permit quota realization report.
- Monitor customs clearance process (PIB/PEB) up to SPPB/ NPE including maintain consistent communication with customs officer and diligently provide respond to any issue to avoid delay. Distribute Import (SPPB) for both Green and Red Channel goods and/or Export (NPE) in timely manner to customs agents for further process. Coordinate with offsite warehouses and customs agents for material delivery from/to ports.
- Coordinate and schedule Import Material Quarantine Inspection performed by Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine Agency (IAQA) for Rock Sample export process.
- Ensure adherence to General Accounting Principles, Company Policies, Principles of Business Conduct (PBC), Anti-Corruption (FCPA), Human Rights, SINCERE, etc.
The background, education, and work experience :
- S1 Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Management, or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience in similarly relevant field. Experience in export import activities or same experience in a related industry.

2. Smelter Operation Readiness – Engineer, Civil
The Purpose of this position :
- Provide excellent civil engineering services, including draft/sketch, project schedule, cost estimation, AFE, manual, preliminary plan and detail design preparation, and material procurement for all area, according to Safety and International Standard and project support during plant operations for all areas in order to ensure the achievement of the customers’ needs and requirements within the budget and time frame according to company’s policies and procedures.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are :
- Coordinate with other discipline engineer to develop engineering design, including draft/sketch, calculation, preliminary plan, cost estimation, final concept, detail design, and project execution manual, in order to provide detail engineering guideline to complete the project within the allocated budget according to regulations and standards.
- Prepare function, specification, calculation, and material in one data sheet follow the Freeport Standard.
- Perform one discipline for calculation and design of standard task to be processed by designer.
- Review actual project construction progress and provide solution on project construction problem through a good coordination and meeting with relevant party, in order to ensure the development of project according to plan.
- Review and monitor projects budget, in order to ensure the achievement of projects’ objectives within the allocated budget.
- Act as quality for material specifications and technical implementation in the field.
- Communicate with all stakeholders to avoid re-work and ensure the customer satisfaction.
- Assist and infrequently prepare material specification and check the quantity to be used for further process of material take-off team.
- Estimate project scope and those related to technical standards, codes, and specifications in order to determine the most appropriate engineering design for the project through a good coordination and communication with client or other relevant department to obtain detail information of the project.
- Expedite direct charge material procurement (long lead items), in order to ensure all material needed for the project available according to the project schedule and within the allocated budget.
- Analyze project scope, estimate cost, prepare project schedule as project guideline, prepare AFE along with its complete justification to support in obtaining Management Approval to project implementation.
- Prepare “as built” drawing upon the completion of the project and maintain every document and drawing for each project, in order to provide documentation and information for future project maintenance, operation, and modification.
- Perform project commissioning as to ensure all installation, equipment, tools, etc. run properly, obtain agreement from customer and all related department prior to hand-over process.

- Ability to understand several disciplines engineering material technical specification.
