Qualification :

1. BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER
Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for brand strategy formulation and promotion, improve and maintain the brand positioning
  • Planning and execution of brand culture, marketing activities and business activities (ATL & BTL)
  • Managing the marketing budget for all assigned needed
  • Create online & offline event, and review post event results
  • Lead the team and coordinate with another department related with Brand team needs
Qualifications :
  • Min. of Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Journalism
  • At least 5 years working experiences in brand promotion or related position as Managerial level
  • Have strong sense about fashion trend, research and analytical skills
  • Profound literary background, strong copy writing ability
  • Be able to design the promotion plan, activity plan, etc
  • Have a unique view of creativity, full of passion, great sense of innovation
  • Good communication skill in English is a MUST, Mandarin to be advantage
  • Placement in Head Office, Jakarta


2. SOCIAL MEDIA SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities :
  • Develop social media & content marketing strategy, create social media campaigns (especially for Instagram, TikTok & other social media platforms)
  • Setup daily tasks & activity for all social media platforms to maintain high quality brand output
  • Deliver monthly reports with statistics and results for each account to achieve marketing goals
  • Execution of all social media activities
  • Keep track of social media trends & competitions in order to achieve brand positioning in the market
Qualifications :
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications or Advertising
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms
  • At least 5 years working experience with leveraging social media management & analytics tools
  • Strong knowledge of social media campaigns in Indonesia
  • Experience in writing, editing, drafting content for social media
  • Interest in digital marketing / online marketing
  • Fluent English communication skill is a MUST
  • Dynamic and having good interpersonal & leadership skills

3. FINANCE STAFF
Responsibilities :
  • Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes
  • Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
  • Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, account receivable and treasury: manage and monitoring account payable and account receivable, and cash out/in
  • Support internal/external audit by providing necessary informartion and documentation
  • Collaborate with other department to ensure compliance with financial policies
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy documents for all payment transaction
  • Understand with calculation VAT & WHT for 23, 21, and 4(2)
  • Experienced handle CIT
Qualifications :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent; Maximum age 28 years old.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Accounting Staff in the related field will be prefered.
  • Be familiar with FINA, Accurate, Local GAAP, IFRS will be prefered
  • Be familiar with SAP or Oracle will be preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Accounting, Finance and Tax.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Good computer skills, especially Ms. Office (Excel) & accounting software/application.
  • Strong analytical, detail and good interpersonal.
  • Able to work and perform under preasure.

4. VIDEO EDITOR
Responsibilities :
  • Understand the storyline and the purpose of making videos
  • Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way logical sequencing and smooth running
  • Ensure that the video created includes a selection of music, interviews, sound clips, and other important aspects that have been determined before production
  • Ensure all editing cuts, splices, changes and additions appear seamless and natural and help the story flow more effectively in the finished product
  • Create sound effects by recording specific audio clips or choose audio effects from a database of sounds
Qualifications :
  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree, at any field from reputable university with max. age of 30 years old
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a relevant positions
  • Experienced in inserting audio effects, music and transitions into a video
  • Creative experience in filmmaking and videography
  • Able to create concept boards and visual representations related to video project plans
  • Have good communication skills to understand the scope of the project and its implementation
  • Placement in Head Office, Jakarta


5. STORE LEADER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Responsibilities :
  • Manage and maintain all the things for the store needs
  • Build good relationships with team to develop a high performing
  • Responsible and analyze for sales achievement target strategies
  • Responsible to prepare shift schedule, attendance, sales recapitulation, etc
  • Coordinate with relevant department regarding store needs
Qualifications :
  • Min. education Senior High School or Diploma Degree
  • Max. age of 30 years old & with 3 years of working experience as Store Leader in Big Retail company
  • Ready to work rolling & shift schedule
  • Good knowledge in store management
  • Strong analytical skill, self-driven and strong leadership
  • Willing to join with development program with 2 years on bonding
  • The applicants will be invited assessment process in Makassar, but the work placement should be all around Indonesia regarding company needs
