Qualification :
E-Commerce Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all official marketplace accounts on various e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and digital teams to actively create an online campaign for e-commerce.
- Look out for potential opportunities like new features or events that could improve e-commerce performance and awareness.
- Review past performance, generate a report and propose solutions for enhancing future performance.
- Ensure optimization and maintenance of all online SKUs and performance of paid advertising.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Marketing/Economy/Communication
- Minimum 2-4 years working experience in handling end to end e-commerce development and execution
- Excellent communication and engagement
- Strong and proven ability to develop e-commerce program to achieve sales target
- Proven project management skills
- Have good knowledge in digital landscape (International exposure would be advantage)
- Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Placement in Kedoya, West Jakarta
Procurement Staff
Job description:
- Conduct a search for goods/services with the most competitive pricing.
- Creating purchase orders and monitoring delivery times to meet service level agreements.
- Review and evaluate purchasing processes and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with administrative requirements for procurement operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Marketing Communication.
- Minimum 1 year working experience as a Procurement Staff.
- Having good negotiation & communication skills.
- Expertise in Project Management and Problem-Solving skills.
- Intermediate English skill both oral and written.
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
