Qualification :
1. Management Trainee PPIC
Responsibility
- Receives training, project and performs duties in PPIC departments during 1 year
- Identify and analyze problem in field and provide recommendations for company progress
- Learning about factory process, world reports and obtain data form several department
- Performing additional duties from management
Requirements
- 1 years experience in PPIC/ Fresh Graduate of Bachelor Degree, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc
- Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good leadership skills and detail oriented
- Good analytical thinking and negotiating skills
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Willing to be placed in Jombang, Jawa Timur
2. PPIC Manager
Responsibility
- Production Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive production plans based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and available resources. Optimize production schedules to meet delivery deadlines while minimizing costs.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste, reduce stockouts, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and propose solutions for process improvement. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of production planners and inventory controllers. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional development and adherence to best practices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics to align production plans with overall business objectives. Coordinate with machine operators and other production staff to ensure smooth execution of production schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the wood industry.
- Strong knowledge of wood manufacturing processes, including machining, cutting, finishing, and assembly.
- Proficiency in analyzing production data and using relevant software tools for planning and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with machine and manpower capacity planning to optimize production efficiency.
- Willing to be placed in Jombang, Jawa Timur
3. Architect
Responsibility
- Prepare design concept
- Coordination with the team regarding the planning process
- Respect for the quality and quantity of the planning design
- Processing interior and exterior design concepts in a building
- Make a design according to what the client wants
- Improve the final construction planning that can show the appearance of the building
- Ability to receive a sketch or design direction from Directors/ Principal, develop the designs into buildable reality, and efficiently coordinate with consultants and others to bring designs to reality.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture
- Have skills AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Photoshop, and Presentation
- Good communication
