Lowongan Kerja : gotokerja.com, PT Amerta Indah Outsuka berdiri pada tahun 1997, yang pada awalnya Otsuka adalah perusahaan afiliasi dari Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd yang berada di Jepang yang akan memulai ekspansinya di Indonesia dengan nama awal yaitu PT Kapal Indah Otsuka. PT Amerta Indah Outsuka terbentuk dari hasil investasi bersama antara Otsuka Pharmaceutical yang berada di Jepang dan PT Kapal Api Otsuka dengan produk pertamanya yaitu Pocari Sweat. Lalu pada tahun tahun 1999, PT Kapal Indah Otsuka berubah nama menjadi PT Amerta Indah Otsuka. Perusahaan ini adalah bagian dari Otsuka Parmaceutical Co., Ltd Jepang dengan produk-produk terkemukanya seperti Pocari Sweat, SOYJOY, ION WATER, dan juga Oronamin C.

Talent Development Staff
Qualification :
Talent Development Staff will responsible for supporting the Talent Development team in executing Talent Development initiatives. This role ensures that all administrative processes associated with training and employee development are handled efficiently, while contributing to the improvement of learning programs that drive employee engagement and performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics for various developmental initiatives
- Maintain and update training records and databases to ensure accurate tracking of employee development
- Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders to increase training attendance rate
- Prepare reports and presentations related to training outcomes and participant feedback
- Updating the e-learning on Otsuka Ilmu
Key Qualifications
- Skilled in handling administrative work with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Adept at handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration
Required Skills and Competencies :
- Proficiency in administrative tasks with a strong command of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with diverse employee groups.
- Demonstrated learning agility to quickly absorb new information and apply it effectively.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and organizational needs.
- Achievement orientation with a focus on reaching targets and delivering results.
Additional Requirements:
While a specific educational background is not mandated, a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should possess a proactive mindset and a passion for fostering employee development
