2. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

Role Descriptions :

This is a full-time on-site Job, for a People Development professional. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and delivery of learning and development programs to support the organization’s talent development and retention objectives. The People Development professional will engage with key stakeholders to identify training needs, design and develop curriculum, and coordinate the delivery of training programs. They will work collaboratively with clients across the organization to diagnose development needs, identify performance improvement opportunities, and facilitate the development of action plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or other relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a learning and development or organizational development role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering custom training programs, including needs analysis, course development, and delivery.

Ability to facilitate training sessions and presentations to groups of various sizes and levels of the organization.

Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

Excellent project management, planning and organization skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate targeted development of individuals and departments.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.

Demonstrated cross-cultural competency and willingness to work in a diverse environment
