Teguh Ganda Wijaya( presiden direktur) pada bertepatan pada 2 oktober 1972. Industri ini sanggup menciptakan produk kertas sebanyak 12. 000 metrik ton per tahun, kapasitas penciptaan pabrik ini setelah itu berkembang pada tahun 2006, ialah 1. 200. 000 metrik ton dengan terdapatnya perlengkapan konversi kapasitas yang membagikan bonus dekat 320. 000 metrik ton per tahun.

1. Operator, Paper Machine
Job Responsibility
Operate paper machine efficiently according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and control various operational parameters such as temperature, speed, pressure, and humidity to ensure smooth production and adherence to quality standards.
Adjust and tune machine settings based on the type of paper being produced and customer specifications.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and related equipment to detect potential technical issues or maintenance needs.
Prepare daily reports on operational outcomes, including records of machine performance, paper quality, and energy consumption.
Coordinate with maintenance technicians for repairs and routine maintenance of paper machine equipment.
Adhere to workplace safety and environmental policies and procedures in all job aspects.
Optimize energy and steam usage to reduce environmental impact, while complying with established sustainability standards.
Contribute to continuous efforts to enhance operational efficiency and product quality in paper manufacturing.
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or related major.
Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery in an industrial setting, preferably in a paper mill or similar industry.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of paper manufacturing processes and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.

2. Technician, Mechanical Maintenance
Job Description:
Performing maintenance to include direct drive shaft alignments, bearing installations, belt/chain drive installations and using precision maintenance techniques.
Troubleshooting mechanical equipment and systems to maintain expected machine performance.
Inspecting machinery to identify issues that may lead to unplanned downtime.
Participating in a preventative maintenance program to ensure machinery uptime.
Reading and interpreting complex work instructions and documentation
Work positively with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Will be engaged in preventative maintenance processes in assigned areas.
Requirements:
Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
At least one year of successful mechanical and electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair experience in a manufacturing facility
Able to function in a team environment.
Proven record of safe work practices.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to be part of a multi-functional/multi-skill maintenance organization with a willingness to flow to work as required by changing mill conditions and priorities.

3. Technician, Instrument Maintenance
Job Responsibility
Performing all necessary servicing, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and restorative maintenance duties on field instrumentation and local control panels
Carry out the corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities for various automation systems in the plants,
Calibrate, test and functionally check instrumentation, analyzers, control systems and final control elements
Responsible for troubleshooting and working with Instrument Engineering Support to maintain distributed control systems
Troubleshooting and diagnosing existing equipment
Interfacing with site operators, engineers and maintenance personnel
Locating and diagnosing the cause of malfunction or failure of process analyzers and performing the necessary preventative or corrective maintenance
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, or related major
Have 1 year experience in Instrumentation / Quality Control System
Good knowledge in DCS, QCS, Scanner, Field Instrument, Analyzer
Good teamwork and communication skills
Willing to be placed in Mojokerto
