Pasar modal ataupun bursa dampak sudah muncul semenjak jaman kolonial Belanda serta tepatnya pada tahun 1912 di Batavia. Pasar modal kala itu didirikan oleh pemerintah Hindia Belanda buat kepentingan pemerintah kolonial ataupun VOC. Walaupun pasar modal sudah terdapat semenjak tahun 1912, pertumbuhan serta perkembangan pasar modal tidak berjalan semacam yang diharapkan, apalagi pada sebagian periode aktivitas pasar modal hadapi kevakuman. Perihal tersebut diakibatkan oleh sebagian aspek semacam perang dunia ke I serta II, perpindahan kekuasaan dari pemerintah kolonial kepada pemerintah Republik Indonesia, serta bermacam keadaan yang menimbulkan pembedahan bursa dampak tidak bisa berjalan sebagimana mestinya.
PT BURSA EFEK INDONESIA( BEI) merupakan Self Regulatory Organization( SRO) yang sediakan infrastruktur buat menunjang terselenggaranya perdagangan dampak yang tertib, normal, serta efektif dan gampang diakses oleh segala pemangku kepentingan. Visi kami merupakan jadi Bursa Dampak yang kompetitif dengan kredibilitas kelas dunia. Buat jadi Bursa yang kredibel serta menunjang inklusi Pasar Modal Indonesia, kami menyadari kalau sumber energi manusia memainkan kedudukan berarti dalam keberhasilan pencapaian visi kami.

General Requirements :
Graduates from reputable university/ college with a minimum of GPA 3.00
Good communication skills in Indonesia & English, in both verbal and writing
Having knowledge about Capital Market will be an advantage

1. Internal Information Technology Audit Officer
Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting/ IT.
Min. 2 year experience in related field.
Have knowledge of IT Project management, trading system, information security, and business continuity management system.
Hands on experience in Macro Excel, Phyton, Power BI, Tableu, and SQL for data analytic purpose will be preferred.
Have good communication & reporting skill.
Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, hands-on and solution oriented approach.

2. Economic Research and Analysis Officer
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics/ Management/ Finance
Fresh graduates or minimum 1-2-year experience, preferably in the capital market industry especially in portfolio management
Ability to quickly assimilate and analyze large amounts of data/ information
High analytical thinking and good presentation skills

3. Derivative Business Development Officer
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major
Min. 2 years of work experience in capital market, preferably in derivative market
Have comprehensive knowledge related to Capital Market industry
Have knowledge in derivative exchange or derivative broker business will be preferred

Have good presentation skill

4. Regulations and Listed Companies Development Officer
Bachelor’s degree in Law/ Management/ Business/ Accounting
Having min. 1 year of experience in related field
Having strong analytical thinking, information monitoring, project management, and deck composing
Knowing the Capital Market regulation and ESG understanding will be preferred
Having strong attention to detail

5. Potential Listing Development Officer
A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management/ Accounting/Engineering/ Statistics
A minimum of 1 years of work experience. Experience in Banking, Investment Banking, Venture Capital will be an advantage
Strong project management skill and experience in handing events
Excellent communications, public speaking & relationship-building skills
Excellent in data analysis and able turn it into presentation material
Having basic knowledge of corporate finance is a plus
