PT Vale menambang nikel laterit buat menciptakan produk akhir berbentuk nikel dalam matte. Volume penciptaan nikel PT Vale rata- rata menggapai 75. 000 metrik ton per tahunnya. Dalam memproduksi nikelnya di Blok Sorowako, PT Vale memakai teknologi pyrometalurgi ataupun metode smelting( meleburkan bijih nikel laterit). Qualification :
1. Junior Procurement Analyst (Work location Sorowako)
Prepare and proceed the tender to source goods and services within the targeted service level. Tender process shall comply to the PT Vale Indonesia Procurement Norm, meet with customer requirement at the best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Establish a good communication between users and suppliers, prepare and control tender process and documentations to achieve the most effective process, and ensure that all processes are comply within PT Vale Indonesia ethical and business conduct Technical Specialization.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Preferably having experience 2 years in procurement management.
Good knowledge of supplies contract development.
Experiences in similar subject will be an advantage.
Good understanding on ERP-SAP will be an advantage.
2. Junior Mine Engineer (Work location Sorowako)
To develop and provide short term production planning and support to mine operation to ensure the output meets the production budget in volume, quality, costs also comply to safety standard.
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mining engineering.
Preferably having Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) certification.
Knowledgeable in mine plan implementation, operation management, mine operations, mine evaluation & performance data, contractor management, and mine design mine.
3. Mine Engineer (Work location Sorowako)
To develop mine production planning and strategy to improve mine operation process including efficiency, cost savings, operator convenience, health, safety, and operational risk so that the target of mine operations can be achieved in term of safety and environment standards, quality, and quantity.
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mining engineering
Minimum 3 year’s working experience as Mine Engineer.
Certified Pengawas Operational Pertama (POP) is mandatory.
Ore reserve calculation, production scheduling, ore blending, equipment calculation.
Proficiency in Ms. Office and other mine plan software such as Vulcan.
4. Senior Recruitment Analyst (Work location Sorowako)
To oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure that the organization attracts and recruits suitable applicants for identified vacancies as plan within quality, monitors an organization’s business strategy to make sure it employs enough workers with the right skills at the right time.
Minimum bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 5-year experience in recruitment management.
Manpower planning, assessment, interview, and negotiation skills.
Understanding of HR systems and processes.
Understanding of employment regulations.
Excellent skills in oral and written communication.
Good knowledge of assessment center.
5. Senior Coordinator Social Study & PPM Integration (Work Location Makassar and All Project PTVI – Contract 12 months)
Ensuring the implementation of social studies and development of all social programs, managing the framework of Integrated Program for Community Development (PPM), that establishes 3 pillars collaboration of government, community, and company.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in social science, economic & engineering in any major.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in community development & empowerment.
Having good persuasion skill and culture sensitivity.
Have experience in social study for community development.
Having experience as Community Development & Empowerment is an advantage.
Certified IRMA or equivalent is an advantage.
6. Business Development Analyst (Work Location Jakarta)
To prepare and ensure the execution of strategy plan in order to align with current market trends and company’s targets, as well as align the discussion with other potential internal/external parties and consulting firms.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering in any major.
Minimum 3 years’ experience of relevant working experience.
Standardization and routine management practices.
Advanced Power BI.
Statistical advance and analyst.
Knowledge of managing senior-level stakeholders
General Requirements for all position:
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
Computer skills
